Long Island Association for Central Service 

LIACS By-Laws provide structure and guidelines for running the organization.  The By-Laws are reviewed annually.  Any changes required will be submitted to the By-Laws Committee who will present the changes to the membership and schedule the vote.  After the vote, By-Laws will be revised if necessary.
